Allow yourself to de-stress with this wonderful Ayurvedic relax ritual and spice full body massage from Shakti Veda Spa. Located in St John’s Wood, Shakti Veda Spa are a leading wellbeing venue who specialise in the Vedic massage tradition. This particular spa treatment includes a 75 minute warm oil full body massage to help knead tension out of tired and weary muscles, followed by an Ayurvedic spice spa to help revitalise body and mind. Sit back and relax after your treatment with a cup of healthy herbal tea to end your day of pampering.

You will arrive at Shakti Veda Spa and be greeted by the warm and friendly reception staff, who will direct you to the room to receive your Ayurvedic whole body treatment. You will have a 15 minute calming breath work exercise, which aims to relax the body and mind, followed by a 75 minute warm oil full body massage, 15 minute customer made Ayurvedic Spice Spa to relax the body and mind, rounded off perfectly with a custom selected herbal tea to further induce relaxation.

This voucher is for one person and includes a two hour session including 75 minute full body massage, 15 minute breath-work exercise and 15 minute custom made Ayurvedic Spice Spa. It is valid for 10 months. Shakti Veda Spa is closed on Mondays and opening hours for the rest of the week are as follows: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am – 8pm, Saturdays 10am – 6pm and Sundays 12pm – 6pm. Customers can upgrade the experience for a warm forehead oil flow for an additional £35. You will be provided with towels, robes and slippers if necessary and customers are required to dress comfortably for this experience.

Upon purchasing this Shakti Veda Spa Ayurvedic Relax Ritual and Spice Spa for One voucher it must be activated by either you or the recipient before it can be used. You can only book in the Shakti Veda Spa Ayurvedic Relax Ritual and Spice Spa for One experience at the venue if the voucher has been activated. Please do not turn up at a venue expecting to be able to redeem this voucher without first activating it. Upon activation you will be sent a pin number and unique reference plus the contact details of the venue in order to make your reservation.
