For your first month you will be transported to the gorgeous Italian countryside with an Italian cheese making kit that will contain almost everything you need to make 12 batches of your favourite cheese, all you need to add is standard whole cow’s milk. You can choose from thick clouds of mozzarella, creamy and mild ricotta or rich, buttery mascarpone. These indulgent cheeses will give you approximately 800-900g of artisan cheese, plenty to fulfil your dairy desires.
The first kit will also contain a cheese making guide so you have the know-how to be a true expert, a ricotta basket, cheese mould, dairy thermometer, cheese cloth, citric acid, fine flaky sea salt, rennet tablets and a small pot to store your rennet tablets.
Your second month will be a Mediterranean cheese making kit to help you make 12 batches of your own delicious semi-hard cheeses- just add standard whole cow’s milk or gold top cow’s milk. Choose from either feta or halloumi to create your own flavours of the Mediterranean. The feta will make approximately 500g and Halloumi will make approximately 800-900g.
The second kit will include a cheese making guide, a pyramid cheese mould, cheese cloth, fine flaky sea salt, dairy thermometer and vegetarian rennet tablets.
