Discover more about the dark heart of London’s criminal underworld with Vas Blackwood

Delve into the gangster underworld with this sinister tour led by onscreen gangster Vas Blackwood and discover the secret world of the Kray twins as you explore their haunts. You’ll see the Blind Beggar pub, Repton Boys’ Club and many other places where some of London’s biggest gangsters were transformed from criminals into celebrities, learn about some of the things London’s most feared gangsters did and get to visit filming locations for films such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Crying Game and Face. Each tour will end with a Q&A session with your guide, who has actually met many gangsters through his role as “Rory Breaker” and get a chance to take photographs and get his autograph.

Onscreen hard man, actor Vas Blackwood, best known for his role as Rory Breaker in gangster film Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, guides this tour around the infamous Kray twin’s stamping ground.

The tour goes to the Blind Beggar pub; Repton Boys Club and other locations which played a pivotal role in the lives of the Krays and other gangsters and which turned them from mere gangsters into celebrity icons.

Through his role as an onscreen gangster, Vas has rubbed shoulders with some of London’s ex-gangsters and their associates, including Freddie Foreman, Dave Courtney, Barbara Windsor and gangster turned actor Lenny McLean. On this tour Vas retells first hand accounts of crimes from some of London’s most notorious criminals, and provides insight into what it’s really like to be a gangster.

The gangster and Krays tour will finish with a 20 minute Q&A session, photo and autograph opportunity with your guide Vas Blackwood.

Your voucher is valid for ten months for two people. Any person aged 17 years or under must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older. This experience is available at 6pm on the last Friday of the month between February-November, and at 1pm every Saturday year round. Bookings must be made in advance. Please allow two hours for this experience. All dates are subject to availability and your voucher must be booked and taken before the date shown.
