60 Minute Microlight Flight For One

Upon arrival at the aerodrome you will meet your instructor. You will have a briefing with your pilot who will run through some of the controls of the microlight and explain what will happen once in the air. All the instructors at the centre are passionate about flying and are keen to pass on their knowledge of this sport so are more than happy to answer any questions. Once the instructor has taxied you to the runaway and taken off you can take control and fly the microlight. You can be in control for as little or as much of the lesson as you are comfortable with, it is completely up to you. Control must be passed to the instructor to land the aircraft. You will have a total flight time of 60 minutes.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. You are free to contact the venue and arrange a time for your experience using the details provided. Lesson availability varies by location please enquire when booking. Minimum age is 14 years, Maximum weight is 14 stone. At the Lancaster location minimum age is 10 years and maximum weight is 16st. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. The experience is subject to availability and weather conditions on the day and so clients are advised to phone the morning of the lesson to check if it is safe to fly. Friends and family are welcome to come along to watch and take pictures. No previous flight experience is needed. All dates are subject to availability.
